I’m an expert at helping people find relief from physical tension!
I've been helping people feel free and at ease in their bodies for18 years, as a Feldenkrais practitioner, massage therapist, craniosacral therapist and yoga instructor.
I use practices from all of these areas to help you feel physical relief, mental clarity, and to help you regulate your nervous system if you’re chronically stressed. I give you tools to relieve stress so that you can sit and move more comfortably and sleep better!
This jam-packed, 90 minute training is going to show you how to use the tools at your disposal most efficiently when sitting in virtually ANY situation: at work, in your car or on a plane, on your bike or on a bar stool! You'll feel and look more relaxed and comfortable within moments and as you begin to use these tools in every-day sitting, your sore back and shoulders will begin to be a thing of the past!
