I lived with chronic muscle tension before I embarked on my Feldenkrais journey in 2014. But I was amazed at the ease and comfort I felt in my body after just one Feldenkrais sesson. I know you will be, too. 

 

I personally experienced the spontaneous improvements that can occur effortlessly from working directly with the brain — the master controller of all our body systems. I learned to simply pay attention to my own physical sensations and comfort through practicing small, gentle, seemingly meaningless movements. And what I found was nothing less than miraculous!
