"I've had migraine headaches all my life, and a year ago, they were sometimes happening two to four times a week.

 

I've also had neck pain from whiplash as the result of a long ago car accident in a seven-car pile-up on a highway. In addition, I clenched my teeth so much that my dentist prescribed a mouth guard to wear to bed each night.
